Louisa’s background is as a Senior Manager in Social Services where she led on high profile agendas.  Her last role included leading on domestic abuse, sexual abuse, preventing radicalisation, drug and alcohol abuse across East Sussex.

 

Louisa’s mission is to help women create the confidence to change their lifestyle and to actually live the life they want rather than the life they fell into or felt they should live. Her business is called Trifolium.

 

Living her best life to Louisa is about living her life with purpose and making a positive impact each day.  It means having balance in life,finding time for family and herself while pursuing a career she is passionate about.

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.  It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.  We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous?  Actually, who are you not to be?  You are a child of God.  Your playing small does not serve the world.  There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people will not feel insecure around you.  We are all meant to shine, as children do.  We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.  It is not just in some of us; it is in everyone and as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give others
